Here are my Sweebs impatiently circling the driveway on their bikes waiting for their Mom to put down the camera and get ready to go biking already! We are on our way on just one of many, maaaany bike rides this summer.
We rode the long way to the park. I must admit to enjoying our bike riding. Here is Crickie running around the park track ... just for the plain fun of it!

"Wait for meeee!" says Dolly.

Oh to have that kind of energy! As for me? I think I'll sit at a picnic table and crochet.

Where are you now Crick?

Oh your going up the hill! I raced him when he came back. There was nobody else at the park at the time. It was overcast in the mid 60's and ready to rain. A school mate saw us out there and ended up joining us later.
They love that hill in the winter that's one of the hills they go tobogganing on and in the summer they love shouting "Geronimo" and riding their bikes down it at full speed.
I'm going to leave you with an AWESOME banana bread recipe! Mmmm! Mmmm! It's so addicting and very hard to stop eating it.

I found it here.
Banana BreadBanana Bread
2 eggs
2 banana's, over ripe ( I used 3)
1/3 cup skim milk ( can use brown rice milk)
2/3 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups whold wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon stevia powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Walnuts - optional( I use about 1/2 cup)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x5 loaf pan.
2. Beat eggs by hand. Then add in the applesauce, vanilla, milk and bananas.
3. In a seperate bowl combine dry ingredients- flour, stevia, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
4. Add scoops of the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, mixing after each scoop until all combined.
5. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes to an hour

To my American friends ... have a nice 4th of July!
Until next time...
